Warzone - turn based strategy App Reviews

I used to be a huge fan of this games single player mode. Now I cannot save my custom games. Until this is fixed there is no reason for me to play the game since I dont have time for multi-player.

Imagine spending a couple hours canvassing Europe, territory by territory. Youve nearly completed your mission and can almost taste victory. Sadly you will go hungry because you closed the app to check your battery level and all your work is wiped. Good Times!!! How in the world do you not have the app save your most recent game?

always crashes and wipes out the single player game youre playing. love WL though

I pretty much only play the single player mode with custom locations. All my saved games are gone and the app glitches if I try to go to my most recent which is the only one available now. Ill probably play this game less now. I hardly ever played it in one sitting

I love the game but hate the glitches. The newest one is that my game maps are not showing up. Its all just black, but the countrys are there when I click around but I cant see any of them plz fix! I highly recommend this game tho!

Just wanted to let you know that my game is kinda broken, I try to open the app and it doesnt open it just crashes. I gib 5 star becuz it become life and I cant play it anymore :(

I really like this game, but the learning curve is REALLY steep. It goes from simple to extremely difficult in just a few scenarios. The locked games look very interesting, but I doubt Ill get to them anytime soon. Maybe some intermediate steps...?

Whats with forcing us to go through-- slowly-- the sequential elements of a turn without even seeing whats going on?! Attacking doesnt work. You have go to the next step. Then, you have to watch the battles-- and only then do you get to see what your empire did -- and you can only attack one country on a turn. Plus, you have no control over how many armies to advance, etc. The entire flow of the game seems broken up, hampered, far too slow, and fails to mirror the basics of Risk! Ive been having much more fun and a much closer to Risk! experience with Lux Touch and Blood and Honor.

Game is cool, but the only setting I wish there was is an option for each player to play out their turn fully (as in real Risk) and then the next player gets a turn, instead of each player submitting their orders and then the turn playing out. If that setting is added Ill give 5 stars

War light is by far, the best strategy game on the App Store (even better than my last favorite strategy game, European War 4). The whole design of the game is genius. The online mode works flawlessly and there are an incredible amount of maps to play on. One of my favorite parts of the game is the simplicity of it. The settings are perfect and the maps too. Also, one thing that I love about this game is the level rankings. It shows who has the most experience in War Light and gives you a ranking. My favorite part of the game is the customization of the settings. If you create your own game, you can control so many parts of the games settings like from how many players can join to the advantage or disadvantage of attacking or defending. I would type some suggestions to improve the game but I cant think of any because the game is perfect in my mind. Thank you creators of War Light for making an incredible strategy game and for giving me something fun to do when bored.

One of the coolest features of this game (in my opinion) is that you can create custom scenarios. However, the scenario maker constantly freezes and its very annoying when youve put down and defined many territories but then the map freezes so you have to start over again. Also, I recommend that you allow us to pick a color (for example I pick AX) and let us simply click on each territory we want to be that color. This would make it a much faster and less tedious experience.

Warlight is an incredibly fun and challenging game that plays out much like the board game Risk. The multiplayer aspect is the heart of the game but there is a decent single player as well. Warlight is a cross platform game and as it stands now the majority of players play via PC but the app shouldnt be looked over. Great all the way around!

Ive been a player since 2013 and its hands down the best strategy game not only on the App Store but on the Internet. You can play with thousands of players from all over the globe and create your own maps to play with these random people. Its immensely fun, theres a real community atmosphere and its so simple yet addicting. I play everyday and I never ever get tired. Its the one app I never delete. The creator who is a small time indie guy should get a lot more credit that he gets for creating such a masterpiece.

Its either tell me how to do pass and play or its one star till then this game is horribld

By far one of the best strategy games Ive played, and arguably the best one for mobile. This game needs to hit mainstream, and fast! Totally the best.

This is my favorite mobile game. It never gets old for me, and has a lot of great people in its community. I definitely recommend it.

When in custom mode and playing a card you cannot deploy your troops. You must exit the game, reload it and replay the turn. Sometimes you have to do that 5-6 times to play your card.

I love this game I play it regularly and I plan on playing it for a long time. The only thing I wish is that you can download maps to play them while offline because Im tired of only having the base maps when I have no internet

I try to use Warlight in an ipad mini. Absoulute failure, i takes several seconds until the app reacts to every tap on the screen. Its lagging extremely.
